Cox Chevrolet Incorporated

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Cox and I plan to buy another one in the near future. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. No overbearing salesmen trying to sell me something I do not want. Their service department has been awesome and prompt. They even gave me the general managers personal car to use one time when they could not get mine done on time! The staff is great and the price has always been right. Believe me, as a women shopping for a car I've been treated unfairly.....I never was treated like that at Cox Chevrolet. more

My visit to Cox Chevrolet was a very pleasurable one. I was greeted very professionally and in a timely matter. I was not ready to buy a vehicle that day and was never pressured into doing so, unlike most of the other car dealership I had visited. After my visit my sales person followed up with me and answered all my questions about the Malibu I was looking at. A couple days later, I returned to Cox Chevrolet to make the purchase on my new Malibu, in which they had fully detailed and gas up ready to go. Cox Chevrolet even gave me the first year basic maintenance for free with the purchase of the car. I also found it very courteous that the new car sales manager ( Oscar ) and the owner ( Kelly ) both came and thank me for my visit and if I had any questions to please give them a call. Cox Chevrolet is not your typical car dealership they treated me fairly and made me very comfortable in my purchase.? more

I purchased a vehicle for my daughter at Cox Chevrolet. Everyone was very honest and upfront every step of the way. It was truly a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends. more

I had a great experience buying my used car at Cox Chevrolet. The salesman was curtious and took his time. I had just left two other dealerships and was treated better at Cox by far. I would feel comfortable sending my mother there by herself. more

I brought my sister in law who just turned 18 to Cox Chevrolet for her first New Car We had a great salesman Ron Potts who took great care of us. They had a Car that matched our criteria and priced right. Thank You to Salesman Ron Potts who sold us the vechicle and to Andrew Dickinson who did our Financing. Cox Chevrolet here in Bradenton , Florida is not a place i would like to go to trade in or purchase a new vehicle. My husband and I were in the market to buy a new vehicle a few months ago. I had a vehicle to trade in as well. The only thing they could get us in was a used vehicle with some wear and not a lot of "extras". The only things good about ti is that we could take out the tape player. to the point... We decided that we could upgrade if we got the vehicle so we went in to start looking at numbers. Once they told us that the payment would be near $600 a month I GASPED!! it was ridiculous for a used SUV ( 2003 Nissan Pathfinder ). My husband and I decided to gather our things and go on to another place. The seller insisted we stay and that he could make the prices better. OK so we decided to not leave. He figured that we put down about $10,000 and we could get about a monthly payment of $540. STILL WAY OVERBOARD. PLus many times they messed up on their addition and subtraction. ( husband caught them on it ) We have had enough by then and wanted to leave. We head out the door and started getting our kids into the car. Mind you it's Florida so it was HOT and HUMID and i was pregnant at the time, so i didn't want to be out in the sun if i didn't have to be. We were just about to shut our doors when the salesman we were working with grabbed my husbands door ( the drivers side )a nd told us not to leave. Well it wasn't his decision and we by NOW wanted to go away. We shut the door and started backing out he then ran to my door ( passenger side ) and began tapping on my window pretty hard to make me roll it down. I looked to my husband and told him to get out of here because the man started to scare me. I will never go to that place again even if they are the last places left. more

They have a wide range of new and used vehicles on the lot. They also boost great big showrooms, and nice clean bathrooms. The only problem that I noticed was that while walking around the used car lot we were approached and told the salesman we were researching because we wanted to buy in about two months. We were promptly dismissed and told to return when we were ready, because none of the vehicles he could show us would still be available when we finally had our money together. Needless, to say we won't be going back there when we buy our vehicle. more
