PRACTICE AREAS: Chad's primary emphasis in practice is in the are of securing claimant's rights. On behalf of injured workers, accident victims, and wronged employees, he has secured many sizable awards, through verdicts and settlements, in the areas of worker compensation, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, employment and discrimination law, civil rights, and disability law. Beyond these primary areas, Chad also practices in the areas of estate planning, and real estate, probate, and corporate law.
BACKGROUND: Chad grew up in the west suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He attended Hamline University, graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts. He attended
the University of Iowa College of Law and graduated with honors in 1979. Prior to joining Reynolds and Kenline he clerked for the United States Attorney's Office in Minneapolis, and the Minnesota Attorney General's Office in St. Paul. He has been
engaged in private practice with Reynolds and Kenline since 1980. He has been a partner since 1984.
