Not much choice 1/14/2011

There's not much choice when you need a cab in Brockton. Three services, all with pretty bad ratings. I picked Cowen's because it had the fewest bad reviews. The dispatcher was incredibly rude and surly on the phone. The cab was early, but it was in BAD shape. There was standing water in the floor of the backseat and so many fumes that I felt sick by the time we reached my destination. The one plus was that the driver was nice and also apologetic about the state of the car. I won't call them again unless I'm absolutely desperate. more

I really don't like this cab company..Their drivers are very arrognant, and they are not to careful with their passengers..I had shoulder surgery and the driver went around the corner at 45 miles per hour..He was fired, but i really didn't appreciate the ride home..They did rectify the situation to my satisfaction..I watch this company, different drivers flying down my street all the time.... more
