I just had the worst experience of my life. AT&T Roadside assistance sent cowboy towing to pickup my vehicle and tow it two miles to th shop I had chosen. When the driver arrived at the shop I went inside to ask where they wanted it and the driver had already started to drop my vehicle. When the mechanic told him to stop he just said he had more calls and wouldn't move the vehicle. At that point I tried to get him to move the vehicle and his assistant jumped in the truck and they started to take off with thier truck still pulling on my bumper. When I yelled they stopped and when I was looking at the damage the driver kept trying to drive off. My mechanic told me to get out of the way or they would run me over then the assistant jumped out and pulled my bumper loose and they darted off. \r
Leaving me no reciept or anything. I called the company and the owner came out and met me and proceeded to argue with me and cussed me out to the point that the owner of the dealership threatened to call the police if he didn't leave. This was hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.\r
