I've been living there for almost a year and I am mostly satisfied. The apartment itself was in good shape when I moved in. There was plenty of closet and cupboard space, a laundry room for which I bought my own washer/dryer (they can also be rented), nice patio, dishwasher/stove/microwave in good condition, lots of electrical outlets, and mine had an outdoor storage closet. My only complaints about the apartment is that the blower for the heater and AC sounds like a low flying airplane (they are all like that) and you can easily hear the people above walking/jumping/etc. The outside is fairly clean and well kept, snow removal is good, shrubs and gardens are nice, however there is doggie poo everywhere. I never have a problem with parking, but many others complain. Garages can be rented. Pets are restricted to the back row of apartments. There are a lot of rules and restrictions (car washing, grills, curtains, etc., etc.) which serve to keep people from making a nuisance of themselves. The pool was clean and well heated (and open till the middle of October last year!). There's a number of other nice amenities and the people in the office are friendly and responsive. Rentals are for a minimum of a year and at the end of the year you can expect a jump in your rates. *beware* At the end of your first year, they will try to lock you into renting for another full year or charge massively inflated rates to rent month by month (you'll think you're doing business with your phone company). Also, when you move out, they will keep a good chunk of your security deposit even though there are no damages... just for normal wear and tear.
