The Worst Experience 12/20/2007

I travel twice a month to all over the US and overseas. Service and management at this hotel were the worst I've experienced! I think hotel people here do not understand what customer service means. If something goes wrong, they never apologize and just blame customers. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and colleages. I may not even stay at any Marriot in the future because of this one chain hotel. Too bad, as I've been a good customer to them. Pros: Non Cons: Service, Management more

Very central location 9/15/2005

Let's face it, all courtyard hotels are very very similar in quality. This one wins our heart by its central location, near to every shopping places and restaurants. This one is typical: good staff, good location, good room size, and reasonable cost. It is very close to the malls and restaurants. It is close to Costco and Home Depot. The doubletree next door is definitely a competition. more

This is a great three star place to stay in Waltham. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great view of the Lake from some rooms. Rooms come with most standard amenities. Also they serve very good hot breakfast. They have shuttle service to the city. Also the location has many good restaurants in walking distance. more
