Courtyard Jamestown Assisted Living

I am a former employee of Courtyard and it was the most beautiful, loving environment ever. A change was made in management after 12 years of the previous administration and everything went downhill from there. Wonderful news. Old management is back and the rude management up and ran off_GONE. That is wonderful news for the staff and residents at courtyard retirement community. This place I have not experienced a more cold place in my life. As a CNA looking for a place for my parents... They didn't smile and didn't talk to us. They told exactly what we wanted to hear and didn't answer our questions! After the tour I heard some workers talking about the administer and how rude she is to her employees. If the employees don't like what makes you hunk my parents would. Very disappointed. more

The Jamestown treated my grandparents well and allowed them to continue enjoying their everyday lives in style. Not only is the housing beautiful, especially the entry and dining room, but they often accommodate family gatherings as well. On more than one occasion, my extended family would gather for a holiday party or other celebration in one of the Jamestown's community rooms. This allowed my grandmother to still feel like a hostess and not feel like she was bothering anyone by needing a ride to another location. While the food quality fluctuated with the cooks, the daily activity options were plentiful and ranged from trips to the store to rides on the Heber Creeper train through the canyon. While this facility is a bit pricey compared to other assisted living options in the area, it was nice to see my loved ones treated well. more
