Dump 9/19/2008

This place is way over priced! Only because its near the Mayo clinic are they able to fleece the infirm and elderly! What a bland and ordinary basic hotel. I've seen Holiday Inns a lot better than this dump! Its only single redeeming feature. It's on the Mayo Clinic grounds! Off the Mayo property and it would a $79/nt hotel! more

Decent Place to Sleep 8/27/2004

The hotel is located next to the Mayo Clinic and serves a great purpose. We were passing through the Scottsdale area on the way to Sedona and Las Vegas. Spent one very comfortable night in the hotel and enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning. Pros: Convenience, Value more
