Courts At Doral Isles

WORST HOA IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. HORRIBLE. The manager, Ken, is very rude and insensitive. For example, he told a woman there that ""You latin women are always so overly emotional"" and mocked her when she brought up concerns that many of the other residents had about 2 GATORS coming out of the lake into the neighborhood where children play which he did nothing about. One of the residents was moving into an apt and he came yelling at them saying ""HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING!"" Screaming like an animal at these poor people just helping someone move. Apparently they went half an hr past the ridiculous moving time which is only allowed from 8 am to 6 pm weekdays and you can't move in on weekends. Thats right, you have to actually take a day off of work just to move there. Ken is a HORRIBLE manager and should not be allowed in a position of authority of ANYTHING. There is even a petition going around The Courts to get rid of the man. But I'm not sure if that will do any good because HIS WIFE IS THE PRESIDENT. Stay away from The Courts if you have any self respect! more

agree with the other comment, the association is a disaster! they don't pay attention to nothing, playground was hazardous for kids, they didn't move a finger... weeks and weeks later they removed it completely and is's been an couple of weeks and hasn't been replaced. There's humidity in the walls because they don't give maintenance to the faucets outside and humidity is going inside the apartments, a good night sleep at the courts? impossible! there's an alarm that goes off all the time in the middle of the night and nobody does nothing! And good luck trying to contact the management or association, they are never there for you, and if you attempt and finally reach them by email, you will NEVER, EVER! get an answer or courtesy email back. Location is great but just go to another of the many places at doral, as long as they are not managed by Atlas Property Management, as the courts is. more

The association makes it seem like it is the best place to live, but do not be fooled! They tell you how to live in your own place even if buying, renting, or even just staying the night! They lie to your face and then go behind your back and do the opposite! There are a lot of unhappy people living here because of THE CURRENT MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT A STAR IS BECAUSE THIS SITE MAKES YOU PICK AT LEAST ONE! Pros: THERE ARE NO PROS Cons: THE ASSOCIATION more
