I've lived in several apartments in several cities across the US & this is by far the worst complex I've lived in. The buildings are old & dirty. The floors are not soundproofed, so every time an upstairs neighbor takes one step, it creates this loud, obnoxious creaking sound. Management didn't address any repairs I listed on the move-in checklist until 2 mos later, when I called repeatedly to address these concerns. I have many incidents w/ rodents & insects, even after two ""preventative"" visits from exterminators. On a quiet night, I can hear them scurrying inside the walls. Maintenance denied they had rodents & claimed ""small birds"" get into the building & get trapped in the walls. All holes I requested to be filled were never filled. \r

A pipe that drains all air conditioning condensation for the entire building was clogged & leaked into our 2nd bedroom. Who knows how long pool of water sat under the carpet before the exterminators found it. Maintenance's solution was to run fans for a week straight (@ our expense) & then replace the wood on the floor. They left mud caked on the walls after the repair.\r

All the faucets leak water. Bathroom tiles were dirty & moldy. Parking is atrocious Also, the towing company tried to tow my car even though I had a parking permit.\r

There are only 2 washers and dryers to be shared between 18 units. The electricity constantly flickers (the maintenance man tells me this is normal), so I can tell if my neighbors are home. Every time they turn on a light, my lights flicker. Also, the circuits trip if they have to hold more than a lamp & a space heater. \r

The rent is cheaper than other locations & the apartment itself is fairly spacious. But between all of the problems above (and that's not even all of them) & the fact that they require 3 MONTHS written notice before vacating the apartment, I will definitely not be renewing my lease.
Pros: Price, Target & 24 Hour SuperFresh right across the street
Cons: Very poor facilities and bad management
