This is going to seem like a bit of a contradictory review because I ultimately went in a different direction with my recent purchase. however, my experience at Courtesy was so pleasant that I think it bears mentioning. I went in looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle and was met by Clint within 5 minutes of browsing the lot. He gave us the rundown on current stock of new and used and what fell into our desires and price range and I actually took a car home for the afternoon to test out and show my wife. Clint and his manager worked with me on a price that I could live with and ultimately my decision came down to a different brand of car that was new (the model I was looking at from Mazda would have been well outside of my out-the-door budget for new or used with the options I was looking for). When our needs call for a car in the future I will absolutely be making Courtesy Mazda one of our first stops before shopping around. Clint was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. Kudos to a small dealership that knows its stuff. more

I was vary satisfied with the sales department. My sales consultants name was Clint he was great there was no sales presser. Clint was vary helpful and not pushy. The car I drove was not the car for me, but I was so pleased with the staff that I gave them a list of my wants in a car and asked them to find it for me. more

Bought a Mazda CX-5 today and the experience was great! I worked with Aspen and she was wonderful -- no pressure at all, very low-key, really trying to get me the car that I wanted. It felt very personal and very much like a cooperative effort, rather than adversarial or fake, as you so often find. They are a small, family-owned dealership, and it really shows. She was very concerned with getting me a car and a deal that I could feel good about, rather than just upsetting me something that would have kept me up at night with financial fears. I would completely recommend this dealership and Aspen in particular. Give them a chance to win your business and I'll bet you won't be disappointed. :-) more

Not sure who everyone else was dealing with but my impression of this dealership was amazing. True customer service. I felt like they didn't just care about making a sale, they went above and beyond to ensure that I left happy. My boyfriend got the truck of his dreams and they worked SO hard to get him the lowest rate possible as well as working with his trade in to make everything financially possible. They even stayed late getting paperwork done. I am so pleased with the customer service here and the quality of the truck we bought. I would definitely recommend this location. more

Dealt with car dealers from Cheyenne to Denver for about three weeks, and Courtesy Mazda in Longmont not only gave us a price on a NEW 2011 model that was several hundred dollars less than an identical USED car with 30,000 miles, but they were (1) nice, (2) courteous, and (3) did almost everything by email, which I appreciated immensely. Neither Kurt Kisser (the salesman) and Brock Miller (the general manager) exhibited the 'hard sell' that I hate so much, and were genuinely great to deal with. FULL DISCLOSURE: The Courtesy consortium apparently was apparently soliciting online feedback in the form of a drawing for an iPad2, though this program apparently ended on 31DEC2011. This review, however, is done without any inducements. more
