It's always fun to watch comrads interact at the desk! Darin and Jeff are a hoot.

Worst

I made an appointment for 1:00 pm on a Thursday on the previous Tuesday. My oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours. This is not acceptable.

Outstanding Service 8/6/2015

They had to replace my air conditioning compressor and a week later it didn't work. They had me come in to check all the parts they replaced and found a leak in a hose they replaced. They again replaced this hose and recharged my system at no cost. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. more

I usually make my appointment well in advance which helps them with their schedule and they are very prompt on keeping my appointment. As usual excellent service and warmly greeted by Jeff and Darin! (:>) In addition to oil change I had a plugged AC drain that was leaking water inside vehicle under glove compartment. They promptly unplugged at no charge...what a relief in the humidity and heat! (:>) more

They did all the legwork in making sure that my extended warranty covered the parts and labor and let me know up front what my part of the bill would be. I wouldn't think of taking my vehicle any place else. more

The kind and curtious people & promises kept. 7/10/2015

While rotating tires on our car, an incident occurred in which a tire was damaged. Jeff said, "It was our fault and we will replace the tire." They even went out and bought the same brand of tire as the other four. I had thought they would install one of their own brand, but did not. In the way of apology, Jeff also said, "Your oil change is on us." NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER LEAVE COURTESY CAR CARE FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE WORK!!! more
