It's always fun to watch comrads interact at the desk! Darin and Jeff are a hoot.

Worst

I made an appointment for 1:00 pm on a Thursday on the previous Tuesday. My oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours. This is not acceptable.

Excellent Customer Treatment 11/2/2015

I brought my Isuzu Trooper in for diagnostics testing. I called and talk with the owner beforehand to find out if they had the right diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot this vehicle. I was told that if they couldn't diagnose the problem there would be no charge. They were true to their word. more

Courtesy's friendly and professional staff does a complete check of vehicle while servicing it. I am sure one of the reasons our vehicle has well over 112,000 miles and runs like new is that Courtesy monitors the condition of all the vehicle's equipment. more

My estimate was for 217$ my repairs were 566.62. I was told that driving on my brakes would not cause further damage, and the opposite after repairs were made. I'm not happy. more

Came in with a concern. They spent over an hour evaluating the car. Didn't find anything wrong, gave reassurance, and no charge. Plus, it's refreshing to wait there because the guys are just good guys! more
