Love my ford dealership 9/11/2011

I absolutely LOVE my Ford dealership! Their service is fantastic! Thanks Jay! Our saleswoman was amazing! Mary, you have my business from now on! When I decided to buy my next car or truck it will be one from Courtesy. We bought a Ford Focus and traded in a Civic hybrid. What a no brainer! The Focus gets the same gas mileage as the Civic and the Ford has more pickup!! more

I don't think this dealership has the best customer service. I had bought a SUV and they weren't going above and beyond to get my business. They were not interested in getting me the car with features I wanted, they were only pushing what was on the lot. They weren't flexible on price of my trade in or getting this new vehicle. I think it was just satisfactory experience at Courtesy and I won't buy there again. more
