Frank was very friendly and helpful in choosing a Kia Soul. He gave us a great price that we could afford and explained everything in detail.After we bought the car he even explained how to hook up the Bluetooth which was cool. My experience with the dealership was nothing shy of phenomenal. I went in because of the commercials that I had heard on the radio and figured that I'd check the place out. The sales staff (Shawn) was very professional and courteous. We test drove several cars in both manual and automatic to find the right fit for me. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. I did not feel pressured at any time during the process. In the end, I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership because it was over an hour drive from where I live in Connecticut. If this dealership was closer to my hometown, they would have definitely earned my business. I highly recommend this dealership.\r more

After going to Bald Hill Kia and getting treated very badly we came to Courtesy Kia to look around. The salesman by the name of Rodney Webster came out to help us and he was great. We got the car we wanted and our experience with them was so good that we went back and traded in our Kia Soul for something alittle bigger a Kia Sorrento and we are very happy with our purchase . If you are looking for a good deal and a great price come here and ask for Rodney you will not be sorry you did.\r more

Our sales person Farrel Jaffa was so helpful. My husband and I found that this dealership is honest and truthful about the vehicle you want to lease or buy. We got the best deal and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are all friendly and there service is beyond great. Just love them. We were very happy with our experience at Courtesy Kia and the leasing of a 2014 Kia Cadenza. Our salesperson Farrel bent over backwards to assure that we would get every promotion, ie military service. He was the one that picked up on it not us. All in all I definitely would rather do business with Courtesy Kia rather than Bald Hill Kia.\r more

I just wanted to give your team a big THANK YOU for putting on my leather steering wheel last week. I have talked to numerous dealerships over the last few years who told me it couldn't be done. When I brought it in the service lady checked in with the service techs and they said no problem and even validated my request by saying they would do it too! I just wanted to hug him! Great Repairs 5/17/2012

I went to East Coast Collision Center after my car was hit in the middle of the night, no note by the way. But I had to have it towed and repaired so I called ECCC because I bought the car a few years ago from Courtesy. Just like my car buying experience, these guys were great to work with and had my car repaired in less than a week, 2 days less than they previously thought it would take. more
