Whatever you do....call someone else. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company to fix your air conditioning. They will try to sell you an entire indoor and outdoor unit when you really don't need it. They have a young guy named David who grunts when you ask him something instead of giving you a polite straight answer. He tried to sell us a whole new AC system, then called his supervisor, James, out who tried to confirm the same thing...they are only trying to break your wallet and give themselves a raise. We had a second opinion because we didn't buy into it, and the other company fixed the unit with minimal cost to us. They really should not call themselves Courtesy Air...they should call themselves Rude Air because they really stink. You have been warned here, and there is no charge for this good advice. more

This company is awful. They refuse to come out during the day because it is too hot. Won't come out until after 4 pm which they didn't bother to tell us until we had waited for them all day. Then when the guy got there he made a big show of putting his gauges onto the unit and when he walked away at one point I could see that the gauges were broken and not even registering anything! Plus the guy wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him about the unit, kept talking over me. Plus he didn't fix the problem. Anybody know a good AC guy? more

Worst service on the PLANET!!! Do not call this company EVER....unless you want to live days and days and days without air conditioning. They will wait until the end of the day and then find an excuse not to show up - while you boil in you own home. When you call - the woman who answers the phone is sarcastic and unprofessional.
