Where do I start? Had a new aerobic system put in by Countryside in 2011, low bidder. The work was completed on time and at a reasonable price. The system however was a complete disaster from the start. Within two weeks I had sewage, stink, and sinking ground all around the tanks. Called them up and found out from the service tech that the pump was not working, Pump replaced under warranty, but I have to pay $80 shipping to return pump to parent company. Alarms kept going off, pump replaced again and again, charged again. Each time the pump is replaced I keep getting billed for ""shipping"" on the warranty. Here it is now 2014 and the system has not worked properly for any decent duration without floats failing, pumps failing, and now the aerator failing $$$, I am on the 4th pump, second control panel, and alarms still keep going off. Talked to the owner Walker Chapman, and Chris Chapman, on several occasions as well at the service techs who continually have to come out to the house. They openly admit problems with the pumps and aerators, but claim they are ""under contract"" to use those parts. Now in March 2014 they claim the warranty is up and aerator failed, ""probably because the bearings got wet when the pump failed"" according to David the tech. They want $95 for the service call +$65 an hour just to check it out. Further they want $1,000 for a new aerator + $95 and $65 to install. This is a fly by night company that is a nightmare. They may be cheap but you will pay $$$$ in the long run just to keep the $y$tem working. Save yourself the headaches and pay the extra bucks for a different company. If someone from countryside construction wants to install your system, don't walker away... RUN!!
