The way my boyfriend was treated by your staff when bringing iN his dog who was in an accident was very unprofessional and you call your selves vets well last I checked you are there to treat and be kind to animals and their owners I will never bring any animal to you nor will my family or friends not only are your staff rude and unprofessional you have been reported to the BBB. rudeness 7/18/2011

My review is that I have no problems whit the vet, Dr Anderson and Dr Reifer are good vet, but the staff is very rude to the customer, I had my cocker spaniel many times over there, due to her age I had to see the vet offen, I feel that the staff are not in the right place over there i talk abouth the 2 ladyes siting at the front desk. Last week I had to put down my cocker as I went in one lady dark hair and glasses asked me whats now????????sorry my dog was dying and she asked me whats now?????there are the rudes people that i have ever met, I have another puppie but I WILL NOT going back over there just because of those ladyes siting and are nor at he right place, just change your job ladys!!!!!!!!! more

THE BEST IN THE COUNTY 2/19/2010

Best of the best!!! \r Countryside animal hospital has great staff, all of which know exactly what our pet needs. Boarding is so clean, and I don't have to worry about my pet picking up worms, or other problems that come with a grassy yard because they have a sanitized patio. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Reifer are the best vets around, helping my pet in the best and worst of times They even call after surgery I know I can trust them in their knowledge as well as be able to pay the vet bill, or work out what I can pay. I love them! \r They are great and I think they definetly more

The Best! 9/14/2009

We have taken our cat to Dr. Anderson for over 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about her. She explains things clearly and understands our concerns. We have been to other vets and believe me, our cat trusts Tracy and has no problems there. As long as we have pets this is the vet we will take them too. more

Dr. Anderson is truly one of kind...=) 7/20/2009

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Anderson since 2005 and she is the best!! I don't even live in the Tampa Bay area anymore and she is still the vet I use because there is no one like her. She is very friendly, down to earth, intelligent and trustworthy. My neighbor recommended her to me years ago and for that I am so thankful. Whether it is an emergency or a scheduled visit she will make you and your pets feel like you are her #1 priority. more

Countryside Animal Hospital is special. 6/22/2009

We have been to Dr. Anderson for regular checkups and in times of crisis. She is the best vet I have ever had, bar none. The entire staff at Countryside pay attention to detail, genuinely care about each animal and their person, and are true advocates for responsible and ethical treatment of animals. I would strongly recommend Countryside Animal Hospital and I wish more human doctors had such great bedside manner. more

Outstanding 4/14/2009

Dr. Anderson is the best vet in Florida in my opinion as I have been to over 7 in pinellas county! She is the best with prices, caring for your dog/cat, getting you in in a timely manner, calls back after hours to make sure the surgery went well at home! She is the true meaning of a good animal doctor, bar none! more

Love Dr. Anderson! She has cared for our dachshunds, cats, (and stray cats) and even gerbils over the years. She is very caring and knowledgeable and has been very kind to our whole family. more

One of the best 11/18/2008

I have nothing but good to say regarding Dr. Anderson and the surgery that she works from, It IS clean and tidy and the staff are always pleasant.\r Dr. Anderson has been our vet for a few years, and she has always been so caring and pleasant. We have moved back to live in UK and my Dog Tia is living with my Sister, until she puts her on a plane to us at the end of the year, and who has given us so much help, yes Dr. Anderson. I would recommend Countrside Animal Hospital to anyone. more

dr. anderson is an amazing vet and an amazing person. she saved my dogs life, she took her home w/her for almost 2 weeks straight to make sure she survived, my dog got round the clock vet care and special attention and she survived, all for a few hundred bucks! and dr. reifer came in after hours at a critical time when my dog was at her worst - so she had both vets working on her at once. these 2 people are dedicated and devoted to animals. it almost angers me to hear people say otherwise. they are most certainly NOT over priced but are under priced-a few of my friends have switched to them because i rave about how great they are and then once they have switched they go on and on about how cheap they are compared to their old vets. i moved from FL and came back and now go to them again-but while i was gone-i never found a vet to compare to the care and compassion received at countryside animal hospital! as long as i have pets and live in FL-that is were i am going!!! and i tell as more

I can't believe you wrote this about these amazing vets. I have had 4 animals that they have cared for and there has not been ONE time that both vets have not taken extra time with us because of our concern over our animals. \r I have a 9 year old dog right now that resently Dr. Anderson stayed over her time when she needed to leave (she has young children) and cared for my dog to make sure she was taken care of with medications and personal instructions for me to care her. This was one of MANY times these vets have gone above and beyond what the "had" to do, just to make their money. \r I have always felt, for over 13 years now, that when they are with me and my pet, we are the most important thing in those doctors lives at that moment in time. And I know other people who have been with these vets for years also, and would NEVER go anywhere else, or entrust their pets to another vet. more

They dont seem to take their time to care about the pets they just want to get paid and go home. There practice is untidy and infested. They are decent vets they just dont live up to their potential and arent as dedicated as they should be. more

The doctors are good vets especially Dr. Reifer, but they are pricey. Also, if you board your dogs there, they do not have a grassy yard for them to go outside. Its just a concrete patio. My dog did not like that one bit! more

Absolutely Excellent Vets 1/11/2008

Dr. Anderson and Dr. Reifer are by far the best vets we have been to in Pinellas County. They are excellent at diagnosing, great surgeons, and really have a love for all animals. We have been taking our pets to them now for over 18 years and would highly recommended this animal hospital. \r \r C. Roffey more
