All smiles, but totally inefficient. I know, I know...caring for the elderly is difficult and many times thankless. But if you are in the business, then you should attend to that business. Seriously understaffed which is what probably leads to the inefficiency and poor attitude of staff. We were told by relatives of other patients (and consequently learned on our own), your loved one needs someone there to take notes and follow-up on anything and everything with the staff. Dougle check food orders (items missing from tray), physical therapy schedules, changing bed linens (good grief!). Once the staff saw that we were watching everything, care and service changed dramatically.
