Worst purchase experience I have ever had. Salesmen ignore you when you come in the door, new vehicle was scratched, mistakes made on the paperwork/price, wrong state licence applied for. No offer of a chair to sit in, or coffee or water etc while we waited an hour for them to get a replacement vehicle. We were left to stand around and wonder what the heck they were doing. Also the showroom is very dirty/messy. They certainly dont care about repeat business. I am sorry I didnt give my business to someone who would appreciate it! more

I was in country sports and was pleasantly surprised to find closeout snowmobile clothing cheap!! Just don't buy the soda at 80 cents a can somebody is trying to be a pirate. Great place to shop. more

After reading the above posts I felt compelled to talk a little bit about Country Sports. I've been coming there since I was 16 and I saved up enough money to buy my first used dirt bike. That first bike I bought ended up having engine problems. They took care of it, even after telling me there would be no warranty on any dirt bike, new or used. Over the years I've had a relationship with them that has been nothing short of perfect. I always get good service and have bought several new bikes and ATVs from them. To the naysayers above, all I can say is have you ever seen how hard these guys work to make their customers happy? You can hardly blame them for a back ordered part, I've been there more times than I can count. Its not the fault of any dealership for a part the manufacturer doesn't' have and its not fair to lay blame. To anyone who is skeptical of what these other jokers have said, walk in and see what I mean for yourselves. more

I've only bought parts for my snowmobile from Country Sports. They have always been very friendly. Unfortunately, more times than not, I have had to take the parts back because they gave me the wrong ones. Finally I got smart and now double check part numbers on PolarisMan.com before I go there. They are convenient to get to and if you need a part quickly, but that's about all. County Sports carries a great selection of parts in stock for all your snowmobile, ATV, Motorcycle needs. A con is service is expensive, $60 per Hour. Take it to 3-D Racing in Marshfield for $45 per Hour. PROS: They do good work, plus they have a great parts selection. CONS: They charge alot for service. more
