On May 1st 2010 the whole park flooded and lots of homes were destroyed. Lakeshore remodled their club house while the tragic events were happening. They truthfully do not care about the residents at all. They made the flood victims who had major damage pay rent even though those people could not live in their homes. Cons: Park flooded and they made flood victims pay rent more

Management and Life here 5/21/2009

There are no stop signs on side roads so people come flying out and could cause an accident. Loud music being played by people visiting and home owners. No speed limit signs. Its dark in the park at night no lights hard to see homes and roads. Pros: pool, holiday parties, club house Cons: Dark, Homes Damaged, Lawns trashed, Lack of management more
