I came out to Country Hill Motors after having a vehicle totalled out by my insurance company. Having a car totalled is such a tramatic experience and the guys at Country Hill completely understood. \r \r My salesman, Ric, was patient and let me drive all the cars that I wanted. The best part is that he wasn't pushy!!! He took the time to really find out what car fit both me and my budget. Not only that, but he also showed me the history of the vehicle. Bought a 2007 Honda Civic from them,. My experience with them was bad and good, in a way. The bad was I bought a lemon of a vehicle, nothing but problems the entire time I owned it. The good.....8 months later, no warranty on the vehicle, I called them and told them my situation about the car I had bought from them. My original salesman referred me to someone a little higher up in the company who told me he would take care of me. After 2 salespeople told me I had been approved for a 2.9% apr, I went in to sign the papers and it suddenly jumped up to 5.9%, not cool. They would not budge on the price of the new car or the trade in due to them ""doing me a favor"" but int he end I saw my old vehicle listed at a $3,000 price difference from what they gave me, even though they said there was no way they could go a penny higher in trade in value. They also would not budge in the price of the new car I bought, however due to the issues with the first vehicle they sold me and no one wanting it due to the Autocheck report showing frame damage, I felt trapped. The gas light on the new vehicle was on, so I asked if they could fill it before I took it off the lot, and they were so nice, they put a mere 1/4 tank in it after I just made them a bunch of money in the old and new car. Be careful, they will make you feel good about signing all the papers and getting your new car, but after reflecting on it, you will feel had in the end. more

Please do not waste your time or even go near this place. I had a very bad experience here and was so mad that they couldn't give me the car for free. Where do i start? They add a adminstration fee to each deal of $300 very high, i was trying to purchase a 7000 vehicle and they refused to fixed the chiped front window. The manager wouldn't fix it and the whole time the salesman said he would get it fixed. When i left they called me back trying to get me in there again and which they still wouldnt fix the window. Finally after the 3rd call they said that the deal was off and it was my fault for not taking a good deal, couldnt believe they wouldn't fix a 40 dollar chip on a 7000 dollar vehichle. Lets also talk about the warranty, 30 days, 1000 mi and pay 15% of any repairs. This is the worst warranty i have ever heard of at any lot and the salesman said thats all they could do selling cars with high miles. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY, WORST CAR LOT EVER!!!!! more
