I will never take my Ford Excursion here for service anymore. For one they drove my truck 615 miles in the 5 days they had it. I took it in on a Tues. and saw them driving around in it on Tues. I just thought they were test driving it, but apparently they were joy riding in my car. My husband called them the next day to find out what they thought was wrong with it and the manager told him they hadn't even looked at it. He told him we saw it on the road yesterday and he said, ""no that wasn't your car."" Well, yes it was because 615 miles later they did take it somewhere. They can't deny they were not driving my car because your odometer doesn't lie. If you are looking for service you can trust don't take it to Country Ford in Ceres. I love my car but hate the service Ford provides you with. more

NEVER AGAIN will I continue to do business with Country Ford. Mistake #1 purchasing my truck there...lack of promises. Mistake#2 continue to put up with I don't care in their service dept. I have spent a great deal of money at this place and I just don't feel they appreciate my business. They act like they are doing the customer a favor. I hate to write a bad review.....If your looking for excellent customer service you won't find it here! Cons: ego adjustments are a must more
