Pam and the kennel staff are all wonderful, they care a lot about my dog, and everyone elses. They have always been very friendly and a helpful kennel. I will always recommend country estate kennel along with Pam and her staff to anyone. more

Me and my boyfriend went on vacation with his family, so we needed to put our dog in a kennel while we were gone. I chose this kennel because of all the awesome reviews I read. We went to go check it out, and the staff was extremely friendly and seemed like they knew what they were talking about. We had her in there for 10 days because the hours for drop off and pick up were really strange. We drove 12 hours down to the Gulf Shores, AL. So driving back, we left at 5am, our scheduled day to pick up was sunday, but we knew we would get back between 4-4:30 saturday, so driving home we called to ask if we could possibly pick her up just 15-30 mins later, and they told us no because they closed at 4. (who closes at 4 on a saturday?) they then proceeded to tell us we had to wait until 2 on sunday (when they open) to pick her up but we would still be charged for that day. They said they don't open until 2 because all the employees are giving dogs baths before they go home, but we weren't getting a bath for Scarlett so we asked if we could pick up earlier. Still no. We walked in at exactly 2, and about 10 other staff come walking through the doors. I thought all the staff were too busy? out of the all the staff working, not a single one stopped and asked anyone that was waiting if they needed help with anything.\r \r So after paying a good amount of money (paid for 9 days of play time), we took her home. When we got into the back yard of our house, she just ran and ran and ran, she ran for a straight 3.5 hours, seeming like she never even got played with.\r Later that night when we went to feed her, she would NOT eat, so we thought maybe she was just too excited to be home. it has been 3 days, and she still will not eat. She had clearly lost weight since we dropped her off, even though we gave them a full bag of her food, which usually lasts about a month and barely had any left, and a full bag of treats, which we didn't get back.\r \r the very last thing, she has this toy that is a bone, when we took it out of the bag when we got home, she had poop on it! not only did they not clean up her mess, they left it all over her toy. \r more

The best place in town to take you pet a stay. Every pet is a baby. I can honestly say they care about every animal like its a newborn baby. My pet has been going here for about 8 years and he love the staff. Eric is awesome, Pam is just one of the hottest lady around. I just love this place!! more

Country Estates Kennel is the best place ever. Our dog, Chief, stayed there almost every weekend for the past 3 years. He passed away last Friday morning, and the staff at the kennel was so sorry to hear the news. The staff treated Chief like he was a king. Chief loved to stay with them. He couldn't wait to get out of the car when we arrived. He was at home there. The staff is the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet. They truly LOVE their "babies" as Pammie calls them. She is the best! I will miss going to the kennel. I never worried about the care they gave because every single time we left Chief they were so good to him. They went above and beyond their paid for services to make Chief welcome and feel loved. Thank you for loving Chief. more

Of all places I have boarded my dog, this is the BEST EVER.\r The employees are super nice, extremely accomodating, take great care of your pet/s, and are very kind when you feel the need to call and "check in" on them. They gave my dog a complimentary bath before I picked him up so he looked beautiful and smelled great (not like a kennel!). I'm amazed at the service Country Estate Kennel officers and HIGHLY recommend them! I will not board my dog anywhere else. This is a top-notch facility all the way!! Very clean and beautiful kennel and very reasonably priced as well. more

If you treat your pets like family, this is the place for you. We have been to several kennels during our lifetime and this is by far the most outstanding kennel we have ever been to. Our pets care was their first priority. I can honestly say, for the first time, that I will never again worry about my pets care while we are away from home. Run don't walk to Country Estates Kennel!
