I ordered a pellet stove with several tons of pellets in the early summer. I pre-paid for my entire order and was promised it would be installed and delivered by late August. I am still waiting for my order to be fulfilled.\r

They never called me once about my order. Upon being persistent in calling, I finally got my stove installed at the end of Sept, but only received 1/4 of the pellets I ordered. They didn't even do a test fire to be sure the stove was working properly. Why didn't they deliver the pellets in the early summer when they were readily available? Why make the customers wait for the stoves to be installed first?\r

When they get in a shipment of pellets, they are selling a few tons right off the trucks to anyone waiting in line. This is the reason why I have not had my order fulfulled yet (along with many other customers). They need to take care of their PRE-PAID CUSTOMERS FIRST and get those orders filled BEFORE they sell to those who didn't plan ahead.\r

I have left many messages and they DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. It is very difficult to get any sort of answer from them as to when they will finish my order. I was supposed to get a delivery of pellets by the end of October but that came and went... then they told me I was to get a delivery last week... still nothing... It's getting cold out and I need the pellets that I Paid for!\r

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COUNTRY CUBBY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
