Well to the ppl who say they don't like and the stuff you've experienced...that doesn't sound like them at all everyone there is super nice and I've yet to hear a single complaint the groomers are great more

Do not take your pet here! I was lured by the cheaper price and that's exactly what I got. They did a horrible job on my dog. He literally had stripe marks from the clippers all around him. He looked like a drunk farmer plowed him. They shaved him totally unevenly (he had gaps in his fur along his side and around his neck) and they didn't even cut all his nails. He looked like he was groomed by someone who has never groomed dogs before! In fact my boyfriend said, ""He looks like a seal that escaped a shark attack!""And they didn't clean him off from the shavings. His clipped fur got all over the truck. I would highly recommend paying the $10 more at Pet Smart where you know you're getting quality service. more

Please do not take your pet here. I took my pet in for a grooming on saturday...we had to put him down the following monday for back injuries. They are cheaper than most in the area but remember you get what you pay for. more

I took my dog there for a grooming...just trim him up. He came back home with only one eyebrow, his chest has been shaved extremely uneven to the point he is raw on one side and hair on the other, and half of his belly has been shaved. This is just a start. He looks like a blind person made an attempt to cut his hair. Need I say more? Pros: none Cons: see details more

I take my dog Belle there and she loves it!!! Great prices and service! Paige is great with the pups and my dog is always worn out! They do excellent grooming too! more

Ive taken dogs here for 7 yrs.MY 6 year old border collie mix has been going since he was 6 weeks old he is now 6 yrs.The staff esp Paige loves and good with the animals.Id take any animal to her. Pros: Nice Good with the animals Cons: none more

I've been taking my dogs here for about 2 years...They are the best folks and pet lovers! When I first took my chihuahua there, I was concerned because he's really psycho and possessive of me and I thought he'd try to bite one of them...As soon as I got there, Paige took my chihuaha in her arms with out a sound from my dog. He took to her immediately! Not just her, but the entire staff is this way with the dogs. It still astounds me...I took him to another place off of Nolensville Road once, and they actually abused my dog. (the lady there actually dragged my dog across the floor, he was soaked, dirty, crying and shaking...) So to say that Country Critters is the best place is an understatement for me! Pros: friendly, great service...true pet lovers more

My dog has been asked to never come back to other salons because of his behavior.They were extremely helpful and had no problem with my dog.Although they said he was ornery, He was welcomed and he loves going there now. I am also on a tight budget and their prices are very reasonable Pros: open everyday and good prices more

We took out cat there for a simple bath and brushing to take care of some matted fur. Was told to bring him in between 9-11:00 am. The cat was delivered at 10:00. Was told that he would be ready between 2-3:00 pm. Called at 3, he was not ready said would be 4:00. Call at 3:45 to see if he was going to be ready. (Was allowing for drive time) Was told would be 4:15. Arrived and he was still not ready. The cat was not bathed or brushed-instead they took it upon themselves to shave this animal and then they did not finish. He still has matts and looks just terrible. To top it off they still charged 30.00 and did not deliver what I asked for. Never again will I go to this place. There is no customer service. I do not recommend this place at all.
