RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PETTY\r

I ordered an arrangement for a friend through FTD and they were prepared and delivered by this shop. When my friend posted the photo of the flowers, I was shocked; the arrangement was such a sad version of the picture that was online. I understand that some variation is acceptable and even expected, but the difference between what I ordered and what she received was huge.\r

The worst part was when I called to see if she could have another arrangement delivered, I spoke with Derek. He constantly interrupted me, insulted me (telling me over and over again that he doesn't think I understand how flower arrangements are supposed to be created using flowers which haven't opened yet...THAT WASN'T MY COMPLAINT!!), explained that they're allowed to make substitutions (you made a bad one, Derek.) said that he didn't understand what he should do to fix this, and then when I told him I was going to ask for a refund, he said he was going to go get the arrangement. So, not only did my friend not get the arrangement I ordered, now due to his pettiness and poor customer service, she doesn't get flowers at all.\r

The reviews of the staff seem to be good if they make you an arrangement with which you are satisfied, but they don't seem to react well to any criticism and will not handle the resolution well.\r

I will NEVER order from this shop again, and FTD has lost my business as well.\r

If they had handled this more professionally, I would have allowed them to leave the charge on my card. But because he yelled, got defensive, interrupted and insulted me, I can not recommend this florist for anyone.
