First: The doctor and staff made a charting and billing error which led to having the same tooth worked on twice. During my second visit, he was to work on the opposite side, but I thought perhaps I was mistaken since this is what the office told me. It wasn't until I told them I had proof he had worked on the same tooth as last visit that they got the doctor on the phone. Instead of the doctor being up front with what had occurred, he tried to cover it up saying he had found a problem with the same tooth that needed fixing (which he never mentioned during the visit). Later when I changed offices to get the rest of my work done, I found out about the billing and records error.
