Country Club Apartments

They don't care about their renters all they care about is getting their money and when you tell them you have no hot water they could care less def. wouldn't be a good place for children it takes 4 guys to replace a hot water heater that is little and they don't care if you have to stay home from work to let them in because they still decided to lie to me and not do anything after staying home waiting for them to come because i was told they would be here this place has druggies coming in and out management has changed 3 times the pool looked like a swamp at the end of the summer it wasn't cleaned out like it was suppose to be until we seen that the board of health kept coming here so they made the wise choice to finally do something about it the so called laundry mat is always down due to the washers and dryers not working the parks arnt really parks and the maintenance around here does a 1/2 of a job and it takes them 4 or 5 months to get to you even when you don't have any hot water they seriously DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTERS very bad management be wise and don't move here 12/30/3008 more

Country Club is a horrible place to live. In the year I lived there managment changed hands 3 times. The new staff are awful people who try as hard as they can not to help you or listen to your concerns. The apartment above mine had a broken water heater which sent water pouring from my ceiling down the wall and flooded my kitchen. I paged emergency maintenance repeatedly all night and they never returned my calls. They let my apartment flood for 3 days straight and the kitchen and living room walls are molding inside. We had an epidemic of silver fish, and other unidentifiable things. They refused to exterminate. My hot water in my bathroom didn't work for 2 months and they would not come fix it. It was awful living conditions. Cons: uncooperative, unhelpful, impolite staff. Substandard living conditions. more
