thanks to all the service personnel for doing over 4000.00 damage to the underbody of my van,while performing a routine oil change.thanks to their service manager for not telling me what had happened to van when i picked it up.and a special thank you to the owners of country chevrolet for refusing to pay for the damage their service tech caused.after 4 months of trying to settle this matter,nothing has been done.general motors customer service,the mn bbb,and the mn attorney general's office,have all had no luck trying to settle this matter.i guess this is what country chevrolet calls great customer service.remember my bad experience next time you visit country chevrolet.
