These people are awesome. I work in Saudi Arabia and came home for a summer visit. I dug my old filter queen (that had issues) out of the garage with plans to have it tuned up, and take it back to Saudi with me (the vacuums there don?t work well on the sand and dust). Keep in mind this Filter Queen is 16 years old. I called Country Aire and they told me about their service calls to my home for $10.00. Oh my God a house call....what a treat for someone with limited time back in the States on a visit. On the 30th of May a professional looking young man came over to look at my Filter Queen nightmare. He had it disassembled and all laid out in a matter of minutes....he showed me exactly what was wrong with it cleaning wise, and what on it was broken (you see its not a good idea to have children vacuum for you when they are angry...seems they took it out on my poor vacuum...ha ha ha ). None-the-less, he wrote up 4 different repair plans from basically getting it going again to having it like new. Plans that would fit each budget, he really seemed to care. I was impressed! He displayed such knowledge and insight thru each level of repair, and explain in detail what would be done. I chose to have a few pieces replace and it tuned up.....I thought I would be spending the same amount to fix it that it would have cost just to replace it but I was wrong. The prices were beyond fair for the amount of replacement parts and service he would be doing. He even took time to teach me a few ways of adding life to my vacuum. I am so grateful to Country Aire and their insightful and knowledgeable staff. He even let me know that once I returned to Saudi that I could locate a Filter Queen dealer over there to assist me further if I needed. I know I seem to be getting rather worked up over a vacuum, but unless you have lived in such a dusty and sand storm plagued area as Saudi Arabia is, and seen numerous quality vacuumed burn up because of the filth here.....you too would be impressed over a Filter Queen and its high level of power and withstanding ability. Two rooms in my villa filled the chamber inside the vacuum within 15 minutes...that shows how much our regular vacuum was missing, and what funk we were living with. If it wasn't for Country Aire's awesome staff and kind and thoughtful service technicians....I would still be living in the dust and filth that activate my allergies. Since using the Filter Queen back here in Saudi I have yet to have had an allergy issue. Thank you Country Aire for being more than a business and actually caring for your customers needs!!!
