Countessa's Closet

Good: I was referred here by four friends, so I figured it must be a good place to shop. It was great ! They had wigs that are gorgeous, shoes in the larger sizes, I wear a size 13 ww and they had my size in stock and I got two pair. Their Prices are low and the quality is very good , The people that work there are in the Tg community also. I loved the attention and wonderful service I got here. Countessa is beautiful and was more like a friend than a person that sells in the shop. I really kike this shop. Bad: The only thing wrong is that they are not open 7 days a waeek. But I can say that I did call and told them I only had a monday to shop and Countessa went into the shop and spent most all the day with me, while I tried on clothing and bought some things. This store is my favorite now. They really try to help all who come in their door.. Improvements: I would like them to be open 7 days a week, but I have found out that they do accomadate those that call in and wish to shop on days they are usually closed.. Other: I had a wonderful makeover there last Saturday. I have had many at many places but this was perfect and they really pamper you when you are there. I had a spa manicure and pedicure, I had my wig styled and my makeover was breathtaking, I never looked so natural and feminine in my whole life. I love it here. I told Countessa's Staff and Countessa that is was my birthday present to myself, and Countessa brought in champagne and a birthday cake , It really was one of te most wonderful days of my life.. more

Good: I loved the service and the employees are fun and very helpful. They made me feel like I was one of their favorite customers.. Bad: I can't think of anything there that I did not like except for the fact that they are not open often on sundays ! I think I would love to spend a whole day there its so much fun there and so friendly.. Improvements: the only improvement I would like to see is that they would be open every day of the week ! I know that people need a day off, but who can , when they place is filled with such great bargains and wonderful goodies . I love their shoes and I adore their lingerie.. Other: A wonderful place to visit, shop and browse thru. Very friendly and never " pushy ". Twice a month I meet with my friends there on saturdays. We visit with Countessa and her friendly and fun staff and have always loved everything that we purchase. They have alterations there also. Great clothing at low prices and its all in all a wonderful boutique with fun people and a welcoming atmosphere that tempts you with great sales and great products at amazing low prices. A great place for shopping.. more

Bad: I just wish there were more of these Countessa Closet boutiques around the world as I do travel often for business. This boutique is a full service boutique. and it is Perfect for anyones budget.. Improvements: MOre of Countessa's Closet shops around the world. I think this shop is the best ever. I see why they always win all the finest in apparel and shops awards often.. Other: A great place to shop for sizes up to 6x.. Wonderful designs by Countessa herself. Her jewelry line is my favorite in the world. I don't wear pierced earrings and she has lots and lots of great clip on earrings to choose from at low prices. A friendly shop that often has some of the most well known stars that shop there often. Very friendly and a fun place to go and visit with Countessa and her staff. She has fun events also. I have never been so happy at a ladies boutique and all that they carry.. more

I walked into this lovely and elegant boutique and was greeted by Countessa herself and one of her staff members, They treated me with wonderful respect, made me feel welcome and even offered me some of the most delicious chocolates I have ever tasted.The clothing is sized to fit the hard to fit woman perfectly. They had tops and dresses with extra long sleeves, and much for the Taller woman and also many small sizes and petite styles for the tiny hard to fit woman.. They have their very own shoe line that is afforadable and very trendy and also high fashion. I wear a size 12ww womens shoe so this was awesome for me. They even have their Trangendred and genetic perfectly fitting wig line and makeup line. I was astounded by the fine quality and the really great way they treated me . They are very transgender friendly. I went in and had a makeover and loved every single minute of it. They really gave me the exact look and style I was dreaming of. They have lots of racks of clothing, and it was a great dream come true to spend the day en femme and enjoy all the gorgeous designs that Countessa herself does for her Countessa's Closet clothing line. This boutique is a treat to the eye and also one of the most highly appreciated and respected business's that support and offer much to all communities including the Transgender communities. I love the fact that they really have great quality and offer fantastic wholesale prices and treated me with dignity, respect and with complete understanding and kindess the whole day. They are very warm and welcoming when you walk in the door and I loved the way Countessa was so down to earth and so very sweet. The sales staff did not rush or "Push" me in any way and I even sat down and drank some tea with the ladies there. I love this boutique and I know I will be back there no matter what and very soon. more
