In April 2011 I wanted to replace two toilets with more ADA-compliant type toilets. I did extensive research online. I also selected a plumber and checked his California contractor license, etc. Mike Counsil came out and gave me information and recommendations (backed up from my research). He gave me a MUCH BETTER quote than I expected (again, based on my research). Today he replaced the toilets. It was a perfect job -- no mess, no fuss, no complication. I am completely pleased both with the product and with his installation. I highly recommend him. from Sue Cox, San Jose more
