A great place to live if you don't mind cigarette smoke wafting through your living room. A great place to live if you like the neighbors dog barking at you in your own apt. from your own back porch. A great place to live if you don't mind neighbors who get their rent paid by some charity and show no respect for community living. mgmnt. seems to think it ok to do nothing because they did not witness the event. Multiple complaints only make the neighbor mad, now I have to deal with retaliation by this neighbor while mgmnt. does nothing. more

Cheaps not always worth it! 7/4/2006

I've lived here for a little over a year. It's the WORST apartment to rent from. There is no security, and if you have a car of any value it'll get broke into, kids messing around with it, or rocks thrown at it. And on top of that they have the nerve to try to raise the price $60, and they can't provide you anything. I've had maintaince items go months before they fix them, and still have some that are not completed. more
