On August 12 I had my 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer towed into Cottman of Kenner as the gear shift was locked and would NOT move. On 07-26-2019 I picked up my 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer from Cottman of Kenner. My wife paid the bill which was $500.00. There was NO invoice, just a credit card receipt. 21 days later, it did the same thing (gear shift was locked and would NOT move). I called Cottman of Kenner and I was told that the shift cable bushing that was replaced must have broken. Again, I called towing and when they got there, they told me I was screwed and that it was a simple fix. They towed it local and REPLACED the ENTIRE Shift Cable for $300.00 including labor. I have called the customer service number listed (855) 526-8862 and NO ONE has returned my call. I posted this email on Cottman Corporate Office page, within 20 minutes, the District Manager called and screamed at me. He told me he would call back, and I am STILL waiting. On August 28, the Home office called me and told Me IF I took down the post, I would get a partial refund of my charge per Cottman of Kenner. 3 weeks later and I am being IGNORED, NO REFUND. Cottman is unethical & lies
