I didnt even have an appointment and Dr.Joo and his staff still saw me within 30 minutes.My cat is a ""fraidy cat who stays indoors"" and only trusts me but he let the Dr. and his staff give him an examination.Everyone was so caring to my cat and could tell they truly loved animals.I highly recommend Dr.Joo and will see him in the future. more
