Cottage Inn Pizza

The manager at this location is RUDE. Rude rude rude. Sent wrong order because her lousy English didn't understand me. When I called back, she argued with me and told me I was wrong. She hung up on me and when I repeatedly called back she did not answer, picked up and hung right up or put me on hold and never picked back up. I have been a faithful CI customer for years because I love their cheese bread and subs and I will not be eating anymore now that I have moved away from my regular one and have to deal with this wench. more

Wow. I don't like pizza all that much to begin with, but I do recognize BAD pizza. I order Cottage Inn's special last night, the March madness thing, (yes, I know it's April!) Anyway, I got two medium 2-topping pizzas, a 2Liter pepsi product, and a "basketball" for 15.99. It was 20 with tax, tip, and delivery. Well, the Mountain Dew was good, but they couldn't have messed that up if they'd tried. My dad was pleased with the steak topping he got, big chunks of steak. Everything else was bad though. It was WAY overly greasy, the dough could literally be banged against things and make noise it was so hard. It was horrible. The "basketball" was medium-sized, it DID say that in the ad in fine print though. What it DIDN'T say was that it was DEflated! So I didn't even get to play with it. You can tell from the reviews I've written, it takes a LOT for me to give a bad review. This was horrible though. more
