This law firm is amazing. Everyone I had an encounter with was friendly , courteous and professional. They explained everything to me in detail so I was sure to understand the process. From the initial phone call with Kevin Costello and consultation, right through a successful mediation with Drake Bearden, Costello and Mains handled my case with professionalism and courtesy. I was treated with respect and was comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns. The entire staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Dan Hartigan and the other paralegals were always quick to respond. My case was handled well and thoroughly and I was kept apprised of developments so that I had a reasonable expectation of the outcome.
