Costco Pharmacy

I've only used the pharmacy once but the price was good and service fast and friendly. You also pay at the pickup counter so you don't have to wait in the huge checkout lines. more

This is my favorite valley costco location. It's crowded as all costco's are, but the layout of the parking lot is good, the food is located inside, and the gas is segregated. more

I think it would be good if they dicided to work a little bit on their communication with customers. not to friendly more

They have a wide variety of merchandise and their pharmacy is good. If it isn't before a holiday, the lines aren't that long. \r \r If if is before a holiday, don't go here because you will be stuck in line until after the holiday is over. They have a good photographic department and their prints are good. \r more

The majority of the people who work there are Hispanic and very ""RUDE"". They need to understand that if people don't shop there they won't have a job. I have asked for help before and the sales person didn't even speak English. They need to have more lines open so that you can get in and out without having to wait,and wait in long lines. Makes you wonder if COSTCO is hiring illegal aliens. Cons: Very,very rude employees, can't speak English more

Why would people criticize an over hyped flea market under a drippy roof. The nerve of some people. Costco is the gutter of American retail. Its true that no one should expect something above or beyond from a warehouse outfit. What is ridicilous the midiocre selection of products, which you are pigeon holed into buying if want to make up your membership dues. You could do this if you buy a big ticket item like a flat screen, although the prices aren't really competitive and the selection is low end and usually out dated. Their groceries are limited and usually of inferior brands or quality. This usually means one national brand and Kirland (the store brand). Their inventory is based on what they can get on the cheap. Then you have a no where to be found customer service. A twenty minute wait to check out because most of the registers are closed isn't surprising. To understaff is one thing, to expect people to put up with it is another. Yes...Costco. more

I can't believe that anyone has something bad to say about Costco. It is a WAREHOUSE!!!! Expect lines, and people and yes, sometimes the fruit might spoil, get over it! The meat is the best and the quality is amazing. The selection of the merchandise and the value you get are so worth it! I booked a vacation through their travel and it too was effortless. They were prompt, gave me all of the information that I needed prior to going and was a great value. I visit Costco as much as I can to get everything from toilet paper to vitamins. Excellent prices at the pharmacy and excellent service\r 6. Great meat, fish and poultry\r 7. Excellent desserts\r 8. Fun free samples on foods\r 9. Excellent tire service where they keep records on your tires.\r 19.. Low prices on merchandise such as cameras, large screen televisions, computers, monitors, telephones, paper, ink, office supplies. Much of the merchandise is well-priced and most of it is high quality.\r \r Cons:\r 1. Biggest complaint: The fruits and vegetables are often peutrified to the point of being unhealthy. You must look over your fruits and vegetables with great care.\r 2. Long lines.\r 3. No one in the various departments to help you. It's impossible to find helpful staff in the aisles.\r 4. Refunds for higher-priced memberships either never come or the envelope is so obscure you are tempted to throw it out as trash.\r 5. High membership fee.\r 6. Unreliable stocking of basic merchandise. The dog food is great, but often they don't have it. There are many items such as this where you depend on something and it's not there when you go to buy it. Furthermore it may never return.\r 7. Terrible parking and way too few handicapped parking places.\r 8. Store is so crowded it's hard to move around. Go around dinner time.\r 9. You often have to roam around the parking lot to find a shopping cart.\r 10. Very little air conditioning in the summer contributing to a misrable shopping experience as well as all the peutrified fruit and vegetables.\r 11. Long lines at the food court with no place to put your shopping cart.\r 12. Dirty restrooms\r 13. Whether it's food, clothes, house ware, tv, computer, electronics, COSTCO definetely has it all under one roof! I'll give it credit for that! This isn't he first Costco I've been to, but the service isn't really that great. Costco was known for it's cheap prices, but they've raised within the past summer (even though you buy in bulk). Not everything here is as cheap as it looks, so try not to spend all your money here, even though it is convenient for it's 1 stop shopping. Their pizza is great, and they've also got Optometrist services, Photo services, RX services, etc. They've got a good variety of selection, but probably not totally everything you want.
