Costco is the greatest. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. They are fabulous at taking back returns. Prices are excellent, they have everything. Sample days are superb.

Costco is the worst of the warehouse stores. Its prices are higher, and the merchanise they offer is just plain awlful. It usually comes down to a low end national brand or Kirkland-the store brand. The customer service is laughable and checking out is a nightmare. Inherit understaffing causes this poor service. The store layout is terrible also. more
