been getting my hair cut twice yearly for about 10yrs, this last time I was told a 20 min wait time, after 48 min finally got into chair, so I said that was a long 20 min and she apologized, then Linda said one of the other stylist had not come in yet, my response was, that when I was told 20 min they already new the other stylist was at a doctor appointment, then the stylist Linda says she already apologized to you, if you don't like it then leave, I was already in the chair when she made that comment to me or I would've left. I understand that everybody has bad or off days, Don't take it out on the customer. Not sure if I'll ever go back
