I went here for a very straightforward haircut, and came home with a razored, clippered, completely awful cut with uncut locks and weird shaping that is going to take months to grow out. The very young woman (with a bad haircut) who did my hair never listened to a word I said, did what she thought was a good idea while chattering to me and coworkers, and then offered to ""put in some mousse and blowdry it."" It was late, so I just paid and left - but the next day it was clear it was a mess. I called the manager, whose phone skills and attitude were lax - her schedule rather for the next TWO WEEKS came into the discussion - who agreed to just refund my money. I came in to the salon especially to show her and to get my refund, and she never so much as stood up from her chair! The entire staff stood around and gawked, took the attitude that no one else had ever complained about this girl before and what did I expect - now I will have to shove newly mangled bangs behind my ears for weeks over the holiday while this grows out. No apology - when they gave me back my refund, the manager asked if I had a nickel, so she wouldn't have to give me ""a handful of change"" and she seemed to think that the only problem was the girl was blabby. No phone service giving hours, no class, no more.
