I went to Cost Cutters to have my hair colored and trimmed. i made an appointment with Wade and I advised him I wanted my hair trimmed and an all over color to add some dimension to my color. He then bleached my hair and I was not aware of what he was doing. I thought he was adding color but then after he had already began he advised he had added bleach to my hair and prayed that the ""worst case scenario"" did not happen. this was my roots turning a bright orange, as I have black hair. when the first round of bleach did not achieve the desired results, he then added ANOTHER treatment at the maximum volume and when this treatment was done my roots were bright pumpkin orange! At this point I had been in the salon for over 3 hours. He then advised he was going to BLEND the color and he then added yet another round of bleach! At this point my hair was falling out by the hand full and my scalp was raw and burning and my neck/base of my scalp was bruised from all the time in the sink. He then went and added the toner and rinsed yet again. then, he cut my hair. My hair was so fried and dry that he could not even run a brush through my hair much less a comb. Then, he cut my hair and there were gaps throughout. after 6 hours he did not even allow me to see all angles of my hair as he was getting off work at this time. I paid and left. I was unaware at this time of the damage that had done. After I left I went to get something to eat and drink as I had not been able to eat or drink all day because as i stated previously, I had been there for 6 hours and was not even offered a glass of water and went into the bathroom and realized my hair was all gapped up and there were orange streaks everywhere! I went back to the salon and they were closed. This was on a Saturday and the sign on the door indicated they were also closed on Sunday. looking back what really upsets me even more is that there was a store manager and at least 3 other stylists there while this person was ruining my hair and no one stepped in or even tried to assist him. there was a few people that came over and looked at my hair and then walked away with a look that suggested, good luck!
