DO NOT TRUST Cosmopolitan Real Estate !!! My girlfriend and I saw a place they advertised for $1,500. We applied, we're accepted and were on our way in to sign the lease when we received a call. They decided they were raising the rent $450!!!!!!!!!! Apparently they can get away with this because we hadn't signed the lease yet even though they had accepted our application and had advertised and showed the place for $450 less. My girlfriend and her daughter spent the night crying as they were so excited to move in and had already picked out furniture. I will never forget how awfully we were treated. more
