I wanted to do something about those little lines around my lips so I went to CosmetiCare. I used to get Botox from my plastic surgeon's office but was ready to switch. The first time at CosmetiCare, they put me with Kim who was really great. She spent the time listening to what I was looking for from treatments and figuring out what treatments would get me those results. I ended up doing Restalyne for my lips and that was quick and painless. I loved how my lips looked after -- without those lines. I also had Juvederm to fill out the hollowness under my eyes. That looked really awesome, too. Next time, I'm going to Kim at CosmetiCare for Botox, Restalyne, and Botox at the same appointment. I really can't say enough about how impressed I am that they take the time to really listen to me and everyone is super friendly. more

For years, I've been getting chemical peels and lancings for my acne but I had to stop the chemical peels when I got pregnant. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got my first hydrofacial at CosmetiCare. It was nice not being in so much pain as I normally am with chemical peels. Also, my skin was glowing right afterwards. As I was leaving the office, the people who work there were saying that my face was glowing and that I looked so vibrant. I don't know if I had the same experience from the peels. I really loved the results. Post-pregnancy, I would still love to do a hydrofacial every month. My sister-in-law had recommended CsometiCare and everything she said about the office was true. They're really organized and professional. Everything is kept on time and everyone is so friendly and helpful. more

By my early 20's I would shave in the morning and by 11 a.m. my facial hair would grow in so thick that I would already have five O'clock shadow. I'd also get ingrown hairs and break out from the razor. So I started laser hair removal treatments to permanently get rid of my facial hair. And it's worked. Apart from some stubborn areas on my lip and chin where I still have residual hair growth, I have very little shaving to do. The treatments have also tightened my skin. I decided to try a laser skin treatment, and asked about getting botox at the same time, but the tech told me to wait until I'd gotten it done to see if I'd need it. She was right: I didn't need it after the laser skin treatment, which was incredible for tightening my skin, removing lines, and improving my skin tone. I get lots of compliments from friends and coworkers about how young and radiant my face is. I plan to get a treatment every year. more

I've been getting botox treatments since I was in my early 30's, once or twice a year. I've always had doctors do the treatments. And while I get them because they make me look more youthful, I've never been happy with that "surprised" look I have seem to have afterwards. Recently I was treated by an aesthetician nurse at CosmetiCare. She was all about making sure I look natural. She casually mentioned that under my eyes were starting to get a bit of the hallow look. It happened to be good timing, because I'd been thinking about getting something done for a while. So I agreed to get a juvederm treatment for my eyes in addition to the botox. This time I went away looking natural as well as younger. The combination of botox and juvederm was magic. The price is also very fair and I plan on returning to CosmetiCare when I need another treatment. more

I was looking for a place to get plastic surgery for my girls, and I couldn't believe that even though CosmetiCare is in Newport Beach, I could actually afford it. Their surgeries turned out beautifully and they are both so happy. When I was there I decided to try their MedSpa. I've never gotten even a regular facial and my first treatment was a HydraFacial that Lisa gave me. I'm amazed at the result. The area around my mouth and my forehead have stopped breaking out. I also had a little bump on my nose that disappeared with the treatment. It must have been a powerful treatment. It was also such a pleasant, soothing experience. Lisa's energy is calm and gentle and her speaking to me, the music playing, and her massage after the facial was relaxing. My skin has never been so clean and smooth for so long. more

I started to go to CosmetiCare regularly when more noninvasive anti-aging treatments were becoming available. The office is beautiful and feels like a spa, too, so it's a perfect setting. The treatments have been amazing for slowing down the aging process and making me look young. I get Botox and Juvederm to reduce the wrinkles and lines in my face, and Dermapen and HydraFacials to make the skin clearer and more vibrant. I have only tiny, natural looking lines. People know I've gotten something done, but they don't know what I did because it's not fake or plastic looking. I also get a non-surgical procedure called TruSculpt to reduce the fat around my mid-section, which lasts about a year. Charmaine and Lisa, who treat me, both have a calming, comforting, bedside manner. This sensitivity sets them both apart from other places. Their sales tactic is not pushy and I can tell as a customer they are going to specifically recommend the products that are best for me and not the most expensive. more

I was gaining a lot of weight from some health issues and I also had two surgeries for related issues. After those surgeries, I tried to exercise and lose weight, but I wasn't getting anywhere with it. Dr. von Maur at CosmetiCare performed an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation for me all in one surgery. I am unbelievably happy with the results. When I woke up from the surgery I looked at my breasts and stomach and started to cry tears of joy. I've felt so encouraged by the way I look that I've even lost an additional 15 to 20 pounds since the surgery. Everyone has noticed a huge difference and tells me how amazing I look. Dr. von Maur was so thorough from the beginning and told me what was going to happen each step of the way. He even encountered a problem during the surgery. I had two hernias I didn't know about and he fixed those and completed the work. He went above and beyond and I'm looking forward to doing more procedures with him in the future. more
