Cory Nolte agreed to do some renovation work on one of our houses, was given a month to do the job, given $5K advance before he even got started on a $18K work order, tenant on property allowed to cut lease early so he can work easily and not have to move anything around...not only did he have his girlfriend doing most of the work while he worked elsewhere, he didn't finish anything as agreed even though he was given additional time to finish even just the wood laminate floor, he refused, so he was told to get out,. He let his girlfriend, who got insulted when asked why she's doing the work Cory Nolte was hired for during the early stage, and that's when Hell started because she felt she was being talked down to, when all it was, was a question. She did the talking for him, even threatened to have him walk out when she couldn't get things done her way. Cory Nolte caused us unbelievable problems in time lost, emotional distress and trauma, and additional expenses. Had the nerve to say we owe him more when he didn't even finish the floors that he charged for, said he'll sue us in small claims court. We're ready for you, Cory Nolte, so we can hit you for damages. What a nightmarish experience this is, you give Handymen a bad name...
