I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone who care about their child's health and welfare. My son need an out of network referral to a specialist. It only required a 5 minute phone call and for over 6 weeks despite daily calls, "Miss Sherry" would not follow through nor did she ever return any of my calls. The whole time my son's condition was worsening. I am amazed that this clinic continues to have any patients at all given their attitude toward the patients they treat. I finally in desparation left a voice mail for Clark but he didn't see fit to handle this either. My advice TAKE YOUR CHILD ELSEWHERE. more

Poor Front Office Staff... 1/31/2008

The pediatricians in this office are among the best, however you will struggle to actually "talk" with any of them or the nurses. After my daughter had an accident, I was unable to reach her doctor and was told by the front office staff that I couldn't bring her in because I did not have an appointment. I sat on hold for a long time waiting for someone to help us, all along struggling with what to do with my child. On a number of occasions I would not have my calls returned. We have since switched offices and I couldn't be happier! more

Satisfied 1/29/2008

This pediatrician office seems organized and efficient. The wait is never long, and they have plenty of activities for the kids to do. The nurses are kind and patient. You can always get an appointment quickly. I like how there are two offices- one up north and one south depending on where I will be that day. It's convenient. My daughter recently got her Kindergarten shots, they messed up the bill and it said I owed 90.00 instead of 40 for her shots, but the problem was quickly resolved. Other than that I have been pleased. more
