This agency has cost us more business than they have recovered. They are rude to everyone, even their own clients. They threaten to sue everyone they talk to and yell when they don't get what they want. Not very many tools in their toolbox. Collectors are a last resort, and these guys should be the last of the last resorts. Call them at your own peril. more

When I read all these post I was underlie amazed at what I read! I too have received endless phone calls from these scum begs threatening to sue me for over a quarter of a million dollars! Back in 2008 Our company called them to find out what there fees were for there Services. Cory Hicks said the fees would be based off the information that we send them!! And they couldn’t quote us a price unless they had information to go off of! We sent them over the Invoices that we where trying to collect and again asked them what there fees would be! With in 2 hours of sending them the information they told us we were under contract and that if we tried to cancel they would sue us and charge a 10% cancelation fee? 2 years later i am still receiving the same threatening phone calls. He has recently filed suit against our company so he says and I have to say I am looking forward to it! If you would like to be part of a class action law suit please let me know! I have a team of attorneys ready to eat these guys up! This is extortion and embezzlement at its best and these guys will be locked up! more
