Karlis listened to everything we asked for (both what we wanted and didn't want) and helped to show us inventory that met our needs (and even exceeded in some aspects) he was a pleasure to work with and made sure we felt attended to the entire time.\r John the manager we spoke with when financing came to discussions was beyond helpful day one, but made some promises that couldn't be fulfilled day two, however, Mike Deere made me comfortable that that is not a standard or intentional and that training will help to correct that for future.\r Andy in finance was extremely clear and explanatory throughout the process and explained all paperwork adequately and made sure I could ask questions if anything was unclear. more
