i want to help anyone searching for a place to live...do not look here. the management is seriously the worse! they are rude, they will tell me they don't have my mail for weeks after it was signed by them, they do not follow the contract they have you sign, they do not keep correct financial books (scary) i have not met one person who lives here who will resign with the new management. i seriously want to help anyone avoid the headache and the shear stupidity of the management! I would rather live in the hood then here!!!! do not put money into a place that treats you like a worthless, no good bum...even if you have never been late paying, had a noise issue and are clean freaks...we are an apartment managers dream!!! please don't move here. we need them to change and the only way is for them to feel it where it hurts and that is in the pocket book. we have 6 more months here and it cant come soon enough!!! more

This apartment has the worst management (by far) in the area. The assistant manager is the most incompetent and unfriendly person you would probably meet and the fact that she is in this office is itself a reason for the overall mismanagement. On top of that, there is a total lack of integrity and courtesy in the way the management deals with residents which totally pisses off everyone who moves into this apartment complex. more

The management at the leasing office is the worst I have seen by far on being:\r 1. Unprofessional\r 2. Incompetent\r 3. Irresponsible\r 4. Indifferent to residents\r \r That's a deadly combination, \r so the verdict is clear: \r Stay away!! more

This cortland village apartment place has rude managers there . They act like they are iron rod that wont understand whenever u complain to them about something. Such as late fee, water... Once i tricked them with an excuse so the late fee is gone ..so as far as u can trick them to get the late fee gone or you got to pay such 75$ for them and they can give u all kind of excuse so u got to pay fee for them like this law that law but actually if u can trick them u can get the fee off so what liars they are there.... free money anyway so they jsut eat ur money if u jsut a make a human mistake of one day late of payment. Those managers look fat big and whenever i came in for an issue they ask me like i am coming to beg for their stuff with their weird face impression. Besides that the water there is the worst...I takes me near one hr for a shower since it flows super slow. The ppl who works there have the worst attitude. My advice is dont rent there. more
